I miss playing the old FF games

I was 11 when I played my first Final Fantasy, it was my class mate’s FFVI. Then, I got my mom to buy me FFVIII after I fell totally in love with VI. Then FFVII, then X, then IX and then VI … By the time I was 15 I had beaten all of them except for FFVI due to some memory card issues.

I remember how much I struggled through them without using a walkthrough and when I got stuck BAD I had to start the game over.

But I loved every second of it.

And when I was sick from school and mom had to go to work, I would play FF all day long even if I wasn’t supposed to, heh.

I have played these games so many times that I don’t really get any joy from playing them now, because there’s no more surprises in them, and it makes me feel so bad. I do have one mission unfinished in FFX which is to beat the Dark Aeons, I should prolly continue that …

I wish I could forget everything about playing the old FF’s and start to play them with a fresh start. It would be new, exciting, I would be shocked if something unexpected happens ..

I miss that feeling.
